Stand 7.B29, IBC 2012

Matrox® Video Products Group and Matrox Graphics Inc. will be sharing stand 7.B29 at IBC 2012. Matrox Video Products Group will be showcasing H.264 encoding accelerators; A/V input/output/monitoring devices for use with Adobe® Creative Suite® 6 Production Premium, Apple® Final Cut Studio® and Avid® Media Composer®; cost-effective HD-SDI scan converters; and versatile mini-converters. The latest updates to the Matrox DSX developer products will also be on display. In addition, Matrox Graphics Inc. will be presenting high-performance KVM extenders, external multi-display adapters and a new video distribution over IP extension technology. Matrox DualHead2Go Digital Mac Edition

Matrox DualHead2Go™ Digital Mac Edition (ME) external multi-display adapters represent must-have productivity gear for any video editor, design artist, or compositor. DualHead2Go Digital ME lets users add two DVI monitors to a Mac® notebook, doubling desktop space to spread out projects, better organise a Final Cut Pro® timeline and multitask effectively. The Matrox DualHead2Go Digital ME is simple to set up and connects to the Mini DisplayPort or Thunderbolt™ video output of the notebook, working with the system’s existing GPU to deliver a solid platform for any content creation and multimedia application.

Matrox Maevex Series

The Matrox Maevex™ video distribution over IP solution consists of an encoder/decoder pair that extends 1080p video, audio and RS232 control signals over a standard TCP/IP network. The Maevex Encoder captures video, audio and RS232 signals from a host PC or another media source and seamlessly extends the signals to one or more Maevex Decoder units via CATx cabling. The technology’s H.264 encode/decode platform delivers Blu-ray™- quality video extension over standard LAN/WAN connectivity at user-defined low bit rates for minimal network bandwidth consumption. Matrox MicroQuad

Matrox MicroQuad is a four-channel SDI-to-HDMI® multiviewer for 3G/HD/SD offered at a breakthrough price point.
