Several technology partners will join X2O Media in booth 823 to demonstrate how the Xpresenter™ digital signage platform can power a variety of screens, from 3D and large-format LED to handheld tablets. This “opening” of the X2O Portal is a strategic shift for X2O, which is encouraging player manufacturers to use its powerful content management platform while continuing to support its own players. With the X2O “Open Content Management Framework,” partner players will have access to a comprehensive user management system that allows digital signage network administrators to define user roles and permissions, limiting access to specific portal features, player locations, and content. X2O Social Hub

X2O Media is leading the industry in integrating social media content with digital signage, and will demonstrate the X2O Social Hub for the first time at DSE 2012. Inspired by the success of its extremely popular Twitter™ Cube demo app, X2O Media introduces a next-generation, social-media-based interactive application: the X2O Social Hub. The demonstration at DSE will be driving four displays from one cost-effective unit. New Version of Xpresenter™ vClips Powered by NITRO

X2O Media will display the latest version of its Xpresenter™ vClips video kiosk, the first product to be powered by the NITRO graphics platform. The Xpresenter vClips video kiosk is a complete interactive video application that allows users to browse and play back video clips using a simple touch-screen interface. With NITRO, the latest version of vClips combines new dynamic display capabilities, including a 3D video carousel that displays HD videos with simple on-screen navigation.
