TV One demos CORIO 3D signal processing at ISE 2011
TV One will be demonstrating their range of 3D processing capabilities at the ISE 2011 Exhibition being held in Amsterdam between 1st and 3rd February. Widely recognized as a world leader in video signal processing technology, TV One will be illustrating 3D signal processing using their award-winning CORIO® Technology.
3D processing will be shown throughout the Exhibition on the TV One Stand with dynamic demonstrations of CORIO® products being fed live video from two standard 2D 1080p Cameras sources. These 2 inputs will be processed within the TV One unit to produce a single 3D image of live video which will be output to a 3D monitor.
The ability to insert picture-in-picture windows of 2D images such as logos and computer graphics so that they appear “floating” in front of a background 3D video source will also be shown during the exhibition.
Other 3D processing features available include independent scaling of existing 3D resolutions and transcoding between the various types of 3D resolutions for alternative transmission methods is also possible using CORIO® products. Because TV One’s exclusive CORIO® technology is so versatile, both the industry and the home 3D standards, which differ in their signal formats, can be supported using the same processing engine, keeping development and subsequent product costs for the end user to a minimum.
The vast range of video signal processing options with CORIO® products is limitless and this unique technology is once again diversifying to incorporate future trends and customer demand. Visit the TV One Stand 3B88 at ISE 2011 and see the future of 3D signal processing with TV One products.
