3D Stereo MEDIA Publishes Details of All 2014 Conferences

All detailed programs are now online on the 3D Stereo MEDIA website, i.e. for our 3D Academy, Scientific Conference (IC3D), 3D Content Financing Market, and Professional Conference, the latter augmented by its two Industrial Workshops MachineVision&3D and Optics&3D. Just look for the Program(s) & Schedule(s) section on the appropriate webpages.

If you look carefully, you’ll see that the programs are strategically intertwined to maximize the interaction and networking opportunities between all participants of 3D Stereo MEDIA. For example, at one point, the participants of 3DAC, 3DFM, and IC3D will gather in a plenary session for a presentation by Joséphine Derobe on the production of her movie “Souviens-moi”, conceived for (holophonic) 3D sound.

Please, note that this incredible “smörgåsbord” of programs and presentations is fully and exclusively dedicated to 3D!

A one-of-a-kind session on state-of-the-art immersive 3D audio

Thanks to joint and extraordinary efforts by Dolby and Galaxy Studios, the AuroTorium of Galaxy Studios – which is natively equipped for Auro3D immersive 3D sound – will be equipped with temporary Atmos immersive 3D sound capability, this just for our Professional Conference! We are thus looking forward to an extraordinary session on immersive 3D audio (on 5 Dec afternoon). It will be chaired by our keynote speaker Brian Vessa, who is the Executive Director of digital audio mastering at Sony Pictures Entertainment and chair of the newly created SMPTE Technology Committee dedicated to cinema sound.

Register before it is too late!

If you want to avoid any disappointment, please register without delay for one or more of our passes and their options! Please, remember that we have limited seating capacity for our Professional Conference, in particular for the afternoon of 5 Dec at Galaxy Studios.
