VEFXi Debuts 3D-Bee Diamond Real-Time Video Converter and Shows 110-Inch 3DTV at CES 2013
VEFXi™ Corporation, a leader in 2D to 3D conversion products and technologies will debut the next generation of realtime video converters, the 3D-Bee™ Diamonds and VEFXi 3D TVs, in Las Vegas, January 2013 at CES International, booth 15413 in Central Hall. The new Diamond model of 3D-Bee converters offers extensive customizable capabilities with eleven different settings of pop-out magnitude that can be paired or combined uniquely with eleven different settings of volume positioning to optimize for every media and viewer preference. It’s 3D My Way™.
Along with more customizable 3D features, the 3D-Bee Diamond is part of the new generation because it also runs off a new engine called the Hornet Depth Engine™ which presents more pop-out effect; 3D imagery displays further from the screen, closer to the viewer.
We’ve been demonstrating the 3D-Bee Diamond to folks whose jaws just drop and can’t find the screen when we ask them to walk up and point to where they think the screen is. You can easily get a meter of pop-out effect” comments Pamela Peterson, VEFXi Vice President of Design & Media. The 3D-Bee Diamond was built with gamers and 3D enthusiasts in mind, those who are more technical and eager to fine tune their 3D viewing experience. We have recently reduced our prices to make tour high quality conversion technology more affordable to our customers.
Las Vegas’ CES International 2013 will also see a new 3D TV by VEFXi featuring the 3D-Bee 2D to 3D conversion technology.
3D TVs are becoming the norm when folks go to buy new TVs these days, despite this extra feature people are still not watching 3D often, if ever. There are two issues that are limiting the zeal for at-home 3D viewing; poor conversion quality of those converters that are built into current TVs and the lack and/or the expense of pre-made 3D content. These are the two issues addressed by the VEFXi founder when originally designing and creating the 3D-Bee™ 2D to 3D converters. He comments, “the 3D-Bee converters have gotten continuous rave reviews and are being implemented in Hollywood post-production houses that we decided to offer this technology not just as a converter box, but to take it one step further and put it into TVs.”
VEFXi 3D TVs will be making their way to the consumer market in 2013 and will come in various sizes. At CES 2013, VEFXi will be displaying the world’s largest 3D TV at 110”, that’s over eight feet of 3D! See it and other VEFXi products in booth 15413 in Central Hall.
