Panasonic Opens London Visual Experience Centre Showcasing Corporate Presentation, Education, Digital Signage, Rental & Staging, and Broadcast Applications
Panasonic Systems Communications Company Europe today announced the opening of its new and improved London Visual Experience Centre (LVEC) at the renowned Pinewood Studios. Built alongside the existing Broadcast Centre, the purpose-built facility will incorporate Panasonic’s latest projector, display and interactive whiteboard solutions and applications.
Located in the heart of the famous Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire, the centre has been created as a hands-on demo suite for seeing the latest technology in action. It provides Panasonic’s customers and partners a unique opportunity to experience the products and applications designed for digital signage, education, home cinema and corporate environments, first hand.
Originally unveiled at InfoComm 2012 in Las Vegas, Panasonic will be showcasing its expanded Visual line up including its first LED & laser based, Lamp-Free projectors with 20.000 hours maintenance free. Products will come in Full High Definition and WXGA resolution with two ranges: Education with PT-RZ370 and PT-RW330 (featuring digital link connectivity, 2 times optical zoom and wide lenses shift) and Public Display-Signage with PT-RZ470 and PT-RW430 which additionally includes features like edge blending, color matching and 3D capability.
Panasonic is also incorporating its expanded Professional Display range, including a new Interactive line up with 65-inch (TH-65PB1) and 85-inch plasma displays, its new Large Display LCDs in 70-inch (TH-70LF50) and 80-inch (TH-80LF50), the markets thinnest and lightest with 89 mm frame and 50 kg and 700cd/m2 brightness, 24/7 operation. It will also include Panasonic’s first frameless display for Videowall installations (TH-55LFV50). At 55-inches it has high brightness (800 cd/m2), very narrow bezel (5,3 mm bezel-to-bezel) and significant energy saving with less than 320W.
