Cineworld Cinemas Adds Extra Dimension With D-BOX Motion Technology Seats
D-BOX and Cineworld Intend to Equip a Minimum of 30 Screens Over 24 Months, First Six to be Operational by Summer
D-BOX Technologies Inc. (TSX:DBO), a leader in innovative motion technology, and Cineworld Cinemas Limited (LSE:CINE), the number one grossing theatre chain in the United Kingdom, announced today their intent to equip 30 screens with D-BOX MFX Seats in upcoming months.
This purchase and licensing agreement will start with a first installation of 35 D-BOX MFX seats in March at Cineworld Glasgow, notably the tallest cinema in the world. This marks the first commercial theatre circuit to launch D-BOX MFX Seats in the UK.
