Scandinavian 3D pioneer known for 3D conversion of Moomins looks for new partnerships beyond the Nordic territory
Finnish Stereoscape, with Scandinavias first 3D feature and Finland’s first cinema commercial and fashion film under its belt, is launching a UK sales office and showroom in trendy Shoreditch.
In addition to high-quality and competitively priced 2D- 3D conversion services, the company offers consulting, training and production services, including stereographers and equipment hire. A speciality is converting content from either 2D or 3D to a format that suits different autostereoscopic (glasses free) 3D screens.
Says CEO Tomi Luostarinen from the company’s Helsinki headquarters: “We are thrilled to enter the UK market at such an exciting time. We have a strong presence in Scandinavia and can’t wait to expand our networks further. 3D is happening on all platforms – mobile, laptops, TV and cinemas – and we are now looking forward to developing new partnerships in the UK.”
