EON Reality, the world’s leading interactive 3D solutions provider, today announced the release of EON Mycube, a 3 screen immersive desktop system. The EON Mycube will complement the successful EON Icube as a smaller footprint and lower cost solution that can provide a high level of immersion for critical task trainers, safety training and collaboration.
The display cluster consists of with three LCD full HD 3D monitors 5,760 x 1,080 native pixel system resolution, dynamic contrast ratio 10,000:1 with built in speakers and it is reconfigurable from flat, 45 degrees, to u-shape.
The solution includes a graphics server (Nvidia GX2 minimum 2 GB graphics RAM SLI dual card configuration and minimum Intel(R) Xeon(R) Processor W5590 QC 3.33 GHz, 6.4GT/sec QPI, DDR3 1333MHz), EON Mycube software for three walls, EON Ultra software, passive stereo glasses with circular polarization and interactive devices (motion tracking system for interaction and viewing and wireless game controller for user interaction and navigation).
The system also includes installation and integration along with a demo library with over 100 advanced EON application examples with source code.
“The EON Mycube provides the first smaller footprint immersive 3D system with full motion tracking and interaction only available before on high end expensive 3D immersive systems,” said Mats W. Johansson, President, EON Reality, Inc.
