indiePOV

The indiePOV is a very small HD camera, with a 12bit CMOS sensor delivering progressive 1920×1080 images. The camera features RAW-over-HDSDI as well as 10bit uncompressed 4:2:2 via 3G-SDI output.

The indiePOV operates stand-alone without the need of a control-box. It is especially well suited for 3D and other multi-camera-applications because it offers Genlock-Sync through a second 3G-SDI connector. Multiple indiePOVs can easily be daisy-chained and simultaneously configured via one remote connection.

indieTWIN

The indieTWIN is entirely operated with a detachable remote control, that can be attached to any part of the camera for different shooting situations. You can add as many remote controls as you wish to an indieTWIN system if some parameters have to be controlled continuosly by different persons. All important system information including histograms etc. are displayed on a full color OLED display in the remote-control itself.
 
As we add features to the indieSHUTTLE, we will also issue additional versions of the remote control. For instance, once the control of 3D-rigs is implemented, we will offer a remote control with separate interfaces for interocluar and convergence.

The indieTWIN will integrate all these features in an ergonomic and robust housing, which is designed for kinetic and hendheld shooting.The direct and “snap-in” mechanical and signal interfacing will enable you to change from one shooting setup to the other in very short time.
 
Our indieTWIN system is a truly modular and flexible 3D-camera system, which is compatible with most other industry standard equipment. It is designed to make the setup and operation of a handheld 3D camera easy and fast. At the center of the system is the indieSHUTTLE for recording and camera-control. It can be used with two indiePOV cameras for RAW and YUV uncompressed recording via HDSDI connection or with any other broadcast standard HDSDI camera-pair.
 
Additionally to the indiePOVs we will be offering a selection of camera heads including 2/3″ global shutter CCDs with a maximum framerate of 60 fps at 1080p and a large 1.2″ 2k-plus sensor for cinema-style work, including 35mm film like depth of field and extra 300 pixels of peripheral view around the 2k image, to make framing, panning and moving the camera more precise, as objects like microphones or light-stand can be seen in the viewfinder before they are recorded.
 
As all INDIECAM products, the indieTWIN uses RAW recording, HDSDI connections, and offers CinemaDNG or uncompressed recording. The indieSCREEN is used for very high quality sunlight readable monitoring and realtime 3D pre-visualisation. You can chose from several 3D-monitoring-formats to setup and control your shots. We will also integrate the control of motorized 3D-rigs directly into the camera-system soon.
