LG Launches Cinema 3D Pub Package with CF3D Projector and Range of Cinema 3D TVs
LG Electronics (LG) today solidifies its position as a global leader in next generation entertainment through a series of ‘Life’s Good’ events to mark the launch of its complete Cinema 3D Pub Package. The launch celebrations coincided with the highly anticipated match between Barcelona vs. Manchester United on the 28th May. With the new LG CF3D Full HD 3D Ready Cinema 3D Projector, combined with a range of Cinema 3D TVs, LG’s Cinema 3D Pub Package is designed to offer customers the ultimate shared 3D experience – already successfully trialled in a number of pub estates across the UK.
LG, Sky’s first choice for 3DTVs, has installed in over 2000 pubs and clubs across the country. Over 1,000,000 pub customers have enjoyed 3D TV in pubs on LG Cinema 3D TVs – and the addition of the new LG CF3D Cinema 3D Projector now offers even more drama and excitement to the pub 3D experience. The impressive wide angle viewing capabilities, offered only through Cinema 3D ensures football fans are able to watch the game in 3D from anywhere in the pub without losing picture quality.
The LG Cinema 3D Pub Package offers customers lightweight 3D glasses which are more affordable and more comfortable – 50% lighter than active glasses as well as not requiring batteries or synchronisation. This makes viewing more comfortable and inclusive, especially given that these glasses can be used for both the Cinema 3D TV and Projector.
In order to help as many football fans enjoy the game of the season in the ultimate 3D environment, LG is distributing 100,000 3D glasses to a number of pubs across the country as well as encouraging football fans across the UK to use Sky’s 3D Pub Finder – a quick and easy way of finding their local Cinema 3D pub to ensure they don’t miss out on the sporting event of the year.
