New Subsidiary to Focus on Licensing and Distribution of 3D Content Worldwide
3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (OTCPK: TDEY) is pleased to announce the launch of a new wholly owned subsidiary, 3D Network International, Inc. The new company will focus on licensing and distribution of 3D Eye Solutions’ 3D content worldwide. 3D Network International is one of the premiere 3D Licensing and Syndication companies in the world. The Company is currently working on projects for television, motion pictures and animation including Bobo Tales, Who Am I, The Soul Exchange and Perfect Vision. 3D Network International will help 3D Eye Solutions fulfill 3D conversion projects in various markets worldwide.
In the next few months, 3D Network International plans to strengthen 3D Eye Solutions market share in the industry and is currently implementing several strategies to accomplish this goal. The Company will target four key areas: 3-D Digital Signage, Television, Major Motion Pictures (both new and retro-produced for re-release) and Video Games. 3D Network International will offer content conversions in stereoscopic (with glasses) and auto-stereoscopic (without glasses). The auto-stereoscopic process of conversion will also allow film and television studios to convert previously shot 2D content into 3D content that requires glasses, creating an additional revenue stream for the studios with no extra processing costs. With superior and widely compatible techniques, 3D Eye Solutions can turn 2D visual data into 3D images.
“3D Network International is a great addition to our Company,” stated Marc Jablon, Chairman of 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. “With the addition of our new subsidiary we plan to expand our revenues and anticipate positive results for 2011. 3D Network International is implementing several new strategies in 2011 that will assist us in expanding the 3D Eye Solutions brand worldwide.”
