3D Eye Solutions Looks Forward to Strong Continued Growth in 2011
3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TDEY) is pleased to announce that the Company looks towards continued growth in 2011 through new 2D to 3D conversion projects both here in the United States and abroad. During 2010, 3D Eye Solutions has focused on marketing its proprietary technology in the cinema, broadcast TV, cellular, educational, and digital signage markets. The Company has been able to market its technology to these vertical markets by building a strong global license, partner, and reseller network.
In 2010, 3D Eye Solutions achieved various milestones in its business strategy. On January, 31, 2010, the Company’s 3-D conversion for Michael Jackson’s “Earth Song” was featured at the 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards show as part of a special tribute planned in honor of Michael Jackson. In February, 3D Eye Solutions signed a joint agreement with the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League to install two 3D without glasses digital signs at the team’s home arena, Nassau Coliseum on Long Island. During 2010, 3D Eye Solutions also solidified its presence in the 3D Market through continued advancements in its cutting edge 2D to 3D content conversion technology. The Company’s state of the art 2D to 3D content conversion technology is compatible and can integrate its proprietary conversion process and file formats with all of the industry leading 3D display and viewing platforms, which include Magnetic 3D, Alioscopy, Samsung, LG, Texas Instruments, Panasonic, RealD, Dolby 3D, IMAX 3D, Macintosh, and PC, amongst others. In the autumn of 2010, 3D Eye Solutions became a Texas Instruments Partner for 2D to 3D content conversion for DLP 3D ready projectors.
Through its Master Licensee for Europe, Creative Group Ltd., 3D Eye has fulfilled conversion projects for various European broadcast stations that have established 3D broadcast networks and the Company continues to bid on conversion projects for cinema and broadcast TV that has the capability of bringing a continuous revenue stream into 3D Eye Solutions. In October 2010, the Company signed a reseller agreement with Allied Communications, a Telecommunications company who will market, solicit orders and promote sales of the 3D Eye’s state-of-the art 3D without glasses technology within the hospitality gaming industry. On March 25, 2010, the Company began beta testing for its glasses free 3D application for the video game platforms This month, the Company signed an agreement with Syzygy Productions for the exclusive 2D to 3D conversion rights for their new Science Fiction television program called “Who Am I”. According to the agreement, 3D Eye will have the exclusive rights to convert the show for 3D broadcast television, cinema, and digital signage.
